Cave Surveying at Lost Johns

This small collection of pictures was taken with a Minox 35 GT camera and Fuji 800 ASA print film. Most of the time the illumination was provided by a Minox TC35 flash gun on the end of an extension lead. The lead meant that the flash could be positioned well away from the camera lens so as to reduce the effect of light being scattered back by water droplets in the air. I have yet to sort out a proper flash slave system. Some of these photos used just the available light.
